Please help - identify this stem

Can anyone help.

Anyone have any ideas what make and model this stem is please,

It's a 1 inch threadless steerer, 135mm reach, quite 'sculptured' if that makes sense.

Any help appreciated

Just weighed it, it weighs 227g including bolts

I'm not certain but it reminds me of an old Atack ahead stem unless any one knows better ..
