Please Help Best Cantilever Brake Pads

I need some advice and recommendations, as my brakes just do not work in the wet and squeel every when toed in

Currently running Jagwire pads, on Exage cantilevers

Any advice.......:)

Think we were in contact previously.
See my latest post; to bring this bike back to it's original stare I could use some of these Ritchey pads. Can't find them locally (Holland).
Would you sent some (black?) over in an envelop? Could be a very nice and cheap solution.
Can plot you decals in return?
