You could re-cycle the bike. Someone at a dropoff point may donate a rear mech to get it up and running or I can send some single speed stuff to you to convert it to ss and donate.

Up here we have a bikestation to drop off unwanted/unsellable parts. Sometimes let you swap.

Hi,
I was thinking of paying the postage so I could get it up and running for one of my twins. As above I hate to see a bike chucked out if someone can give it a new lease of life. Let's somehow get it on the road again!
