The stem is a Xero hi-rise and is pretty short but I think the rise coupled with the tall headtube and long toptube is making it feel unmanageable for a shorty like me 
Standing it feels fine and it rides really nice but popping the front end up is nigh on impossible for me - disappointing, as I love how it looks, but I have to admit defeat. Just listed on the 'Bay if anyone's interested.
