Decal and paint retouching done and parts are accumulating slowly - aiming for a character-building DH weight No allowed
Bare frame weighs a tad under 6lbs
Impatience dictates that I'll be poaching papadirt's Dirt Jams off his Kona Hoss to get it up and running but I'm thinking Psylos or Jr Ts once funds allow
Cheers @hawkhill97 - it's in pretty good condition too - just recoated the rails and may give the decals a little retouch.
Initially planned a fluoro yellow theme dictated by the vintage pedals but given their condition I figured they'd need completely stripping so I'm gonna go with neon pink and blue (to match mah bangs) - yes I am an old tart
Probably mostly trail centres and woodsy stuff - I don't think it's gonna be too chuckable for a bantam like me on the pumptrack but I have a BMX for that. 3rd time lucky and it looks like I've ended up with another long frame (where are all the elusive mediums?) but 100mm forks help slacken it off a bit (I used 70mm Bombers on my first one).
Should make a really fun trails bike! I had a GT Chucker years ago that filled a similar role, not quite small enough for the pump track but definitely smaller than you'd want for long XC rides - it was great fun in the woods!
