Pipedream cycles and poor customer service

Has anyone had any success with communicating with Pipedream via their online form, contact us pop-up box or phone?

I've tried a number of times via each of the above with absolutely no success or response. The phone goes dead, if it ever rings at all, and I've had no response to any enquiries via the various contact options on the site.

I've read a few posts on other forums where pople have also reported the same lack of service, so just wondering if I should give up? I wouldn't mind, but I was looking to part with some money, but can't seem to be able to??
 
Not encouraging for sure, but just send them an e-mail, it could be as innocent as either too busy proper working or some personal stuff to remedy? (speaking as a cycle micro-businessman)

I've emailed them a good few times, not stalker like in frequency, but waited weeks in between trying again.

I'd agree but I need a decal kit and a mech hanger, otherwise I'd be with you.
