Gita? sorry I don't understand...it's a Pettenella frame built in Vanni's workshop...
The rear dropouts are marked Gita, I assumed that was the manufacturer of the parts...? Do you have any information on this?

no informations,sorry,but I was watching at the engraved dropouts and at the American flag on the seat tube.

ah well i asked for some rare italian frames and got an instant result... thanks chaps !
and also a link to 'classic rondezvous ' but even they dont have all of the makes 'casati ' for one.

Well, that's one seriously beautiful bike there

I particulary love the welds and the colour scheme, along with the indentations in the tubes near the joints. Looks very pleasing.

Though I'm still not into aero rims, but that's not the frame's or gruppos fault Very nice, congrats :xmas-wink:
