Translated, it means: 09 - the month ie September. 95 - the year of build 1995. 1234 - random digits. 18 = size.

Have tipped it upside down and can't see a frame number under the bottom bracket.

On the inside of the rear drop-outs are the usual 7005 stamps and H5C06346. Does this make any sense? :?

What I did find was a wine bottle cork stuffed into the underside of the stem to keep the damp out. A fine vintage eh?
