He’s back! Just came home and he was asleep in the sofa ! Hungry and had lost weight !!! But well! Yay!!!

Any advice on putting a collar on a grown cat not used to it?
I’ve got an Apple AirTag and can get a collar for it - that way at least I have an idea of where he is

We have a Vodafone curve tracker with a collar clip for Sid. Recommend using an elasticated buckled collar instead of a quick release because they never stay on. Trap cat in a corner by kneeling behind while pulling collar over head; stops him backing away.

That's right, full GPS but you do have to pay a small monthly contract.

Yes there are some on Amazon but price is £57 used but contract is/was £3 a month which is great !
I’ve ordered an elasticated collar with buckle and have an AirTag holder which I’ll attach for now and see if at least I can get a general idea of his haunts - before he at last (and I suspect he will) gets it off !! Thanks again and I really appreciate all your help and that of everyone else
