Personal message - cannot write or answer

Hi
I have a post in forum trying to sell some frameset. I got some interest via PM but I cannot answer or create message. It looks I am not allowed (error message).
Could somebody advise how to solve this?

Recent change in the conditions. As above, you have to reach the target figure of 30 posts before you can send a private message. However, quite often there is an email tab next to the profile tab. If the person who you wish to contact has this,then this could well be your only way to message privately until pm function is enabled.
