Poorly described, but the frame looks like a cheap carlton.
Basic fork, cheap single speed conversion, bars gouged up by amateur fitting, unoriginal paint coming off, single sided pedals missing toeclips, rotten hoods, blocks incorrect or upside down.
What's it worth? £50 max
