Peeling Decals

My pre-loved new arrival road bike has some peeling decals. Ok so Shogun isnt the most desirbale brand out there but I'd like to stick the peeling corners down of the decals so they dont get worse.

Is there any DIY store products I can use to do this. Is something called Clearcoat used for these kind of jobs?

I'm here in the states, so I wasn't sure as to "hoegaardenadds1" offer to get a bit by postage from him. But perhaps they are saying "Helicopter Tape" is used...but the final word isn't in on this... though I have some coming in the post.

So, wait another day or two and maybe you will be answered more in full.
