Just something else to note - on the top tube of the TVTs in 1990, the carbon frames just have PDM Concorde near the headset - no Squadra decal as per the steel bikes

Here is Sean Kelly, Olav Ludwig and Phil Anderson (probably) on St Patrick Hill Cork in 1990 and there is a red Zullo in the shot!!

There is a white pin stripe that extends the entire length of the seatstays. The aluminium TVT dropout can clearly be seen. Other items of interest - looks like a 28 tooth rear sprocket - would make sense as St Patrick's Hill is 20 percent gradient. Looks like Mavic SSC rims and super record hubs - there is a black oil port cover. I have seen this before on Kelly's 1989 Tour TVT bike he used in the mountain time trial in that tour.
