Paul's thumbie mounts or similar

Hi all,

I have a pair of dura-ace bar-con shifters I’d like to use on my MTB build as thumbies. I know Pauls components offer some thumbie mounts – are there any alternatives as I don’t really want to spend a fortune on those when there are other options? Or does anyone have some they are looking to sell?
