I’d disagree. The fake pair I had would fool many people who haven’t got a real set to compare to.

The pivot was the main giveaway as it was a bit sloppy

I guess there would be different qualities of fake too. The pair I had even came in a fake Paul box

Give it a bit of time and the levers will look shittier. My fakes have bubbling of the ano. Still a very nice performing lever mind, good shape and looks OK at a fraction of the cost. Wouldn't fool anyone tho - that was never my plan anyway.
