Info on BB lengths here. Looks like 122mm for fixed/single speed/hub gear or 125.5mm for a single chainring derailleur setup.
Seatpost size is 25.4mm.
You've decided on wooden rims, but as an aside, what were referred to as 27" tubulars are actually the same size as 700c (ie 622 rather than 630 etro) so any suitable 700c sprint rims, like Fiamme, would fit the bill nicely. 27" clinchers were etro 630.
The RRA was available pretty much build to order so could come with 26x1 3/8, 26x1 1/4 or 27" clinchers, or 27" (that is 700c) sprints. Very confusing.
