parkpre which one to look for

Hi all
I have recently been looking at these bikes but i am not quite sure which model i should be going for .I have found one that according to the owner has hardly been used but its 150 miles away but no postage...

the bike in question is complete and original and has a buy it now of only £100.

I have a 1994 (I think) Scepter Comp, which I've built up with a rigid fork and a bunch of my favourite (period incorrect) parts, it's super light and fun to ride, and everyone loves the way it looks. I paid a little less than £100 but it was super rough when I got it (it did have Mavic SUP 117 wheels on it though).

I think mine was a mid range model, so I would imagine anything above it will be super nice.

Mine has a sticker on the seat tube that says Titanium plated, seems a bit unlikely, but I honestly don't know for sure.
