I dont know who repaired it but there is zero penetration with that repair pass.I suggest bringing it to a coded welder.The entire weld needs to be ground back prepped correctly and a proper repair done-root penetration weld followed by a final pass.Get it priced,I wouldnt write it off so easily.....

Please note, This is not my frame and am selling on behalf of another member. The buyer will have to see to any repairs plus postage costs to and from the welding shop.
The frame is worth around £350 without the fault, hence the heavy discount on price.
They are pretty rare and ride really well.
