Posted frame and forks to US on the 26th Nov, 3 - 5 day service with Parcel force, the parcel made it to the international hub in Coventry on the 30th so already running late and then they 'misplaced' it.

To date they still haven't found it. I'm very worried. :(

Thats bad man- hope it turns up!

Over xmas they have lost a ART bar that I sent and a NOS Flite Ti saddle that I bought, plus an envelope with £40 in it for a forum member. Thats 3 items out of about 30, or 10% items lost. Fantastic eh?

I'm waiting for a frame from the US, it left Chicago airport on 12th Dec,
tracking with USPS is very limited, no letter from Royal Mail about import duty payments,

will give it until mid Jan then do a paypal dispute for non delivery,

Well i know were Trimble frame :D in the USA  Just been told by the seller the box was too big by 2'' for the priority sending. But the post office didn't tell him until now. So has to be re-boxed and sent again. Look at the bright side. At least its not lost :)
And some body at chainReaction should get their eyes tested black grips are not clear grips :x

Parts bought from eBay.com 20 Dec, arrived 3 Jan. Sent via USPS/Royal Mail. Pretty decent turn around.

Shame about the parts from Holland sent 9 Dec that haven't arrived yet :(

Paid my duty on-line, frame will be delivered on Tuesday :D

They get there in the end!

Will be a month to the day since it left the US

Sorry to hear of all the shipping misery.

Mine has cleared cusstoms late last friday, fingers crossed it 'll arrive tomorrow. Interested to see if they charge me import duties. That would be a first for me but this is the first frame shipment. Though thinking of it a DUC32 triple clamp forks with wheelset was a hefty box too.

May the force be with you...

Good to hear that things are moving along.
I got my NOS Ringle Skewers on Sat morning and they weren't posted until the 22nd. So its just the big box I'm waiting on now.

Checking the ParcelFarce site daily to see it has appeared on the radar but nothing as yet.

How are the fellow waiters doing on this??

Still no sign of the bloke with the funny shaped face and that sodding cat.

Called Customer services today regarding the Funk. They say it is not in the country yet, it cannot be tracked (although their website tracking system shows it as 'advised' and Parcelfarce 48-days???) because it was sent standard ecconomy ( bullshit- I have seen the reciept and the USPS have stopped sending larger items Ecconomy acording to my chum in the states)

If you have your stuff, how long did it take from re-appearing on the radar to being lovingly caressed in your trembling mitts?? Was anyone else's parcel in the void for so long? its 18 days since it was last scanned, should I be worried??
