Does anybody know anything about the frame maker "Paragon"?

I've just seen a frame made by them in a charity shop whilst visiting Nottingham and it appears to be 1950's - Nervex lugs, 531DB tubes, finished in a nice -- but faded -- Salmon colour with black head tube and seat tube band.

Its 100 quid, which is quite a bit as it needs extra money into it for a respray. I'm tempted to go back and get it, but if i can't get replica decals etc then I might not.

I might have made this up, but I recall Aende badged some of their frames Paragon.

That's Andy Bone's outfit..........a quick google should throw up details.

Made some cracking stuff BITD. True, IIRC Pongo Braithwaite made some frames with Paragon Decals (or was it Paramount)

Pongo"s frames in the other life were Paramount.one of the Mansfield clubs members went for Pongo"s frames & they all seemed to be badged as Paramount as you stated Paragon was Andy Bone"s brand, good kit in the day
