They look like urethane ones, although I remember them being more greenishI have never seen amber coloured inner tubes before, but the Panasonic has them.

Very light and in principle they should puncture less, but my experience was not like that, they punctured just the same. The repair was complicated and the patches expensive, so the easiest method was to cover the hole with super glue...at least it worked for a few months if you were lucky
