These came on my 1997 Diamondback Apex. I purchased the bike in October 1997 when I received my student grant. I had a couple of long (25 mile) rides with these tyres around rural Oxfordshire before switching over to a pair of to WTB Velociraptors as they (the Panararacers) had a tendency to slip - can't remember the exact conditions. They have followed me around ever since, living indoors in various cupboards / wardrobes. There is loads of tread on the tyres. They have not been stored folded, but have just sat at the back of the wardrobe.
I'll never use them as I'm now using Panaracer Fire XC Pros for riding and still have the WTB amberwalls for any retro needs.
