Pace What?

Weird, they look like the legs from an RC-35 but the brace is more like a Manitou. Ain't like no Pace forks that i've seen before :?

Is the back of that crown bolted to remove either the legs or steerer?

aren't they early Shocktech forks?

The brace looks a bit different to what I recall (thought it was more CNC'd away) but I'm fairly sure they were making carbon-legged forks around the same time as pace

Yep Shocktech forks they most certainly are! I remember asking a Pace tech guy years ago while talking about warranty stuff that I had seen these...

When you say early would they be about right for 1996 Mount Tam ?

Got a feeling they're a bit earlier than that – but I could be wrong.
