PACE Stem + Kestrel kevlar / carbon handlebar

I can't recall how long i have these. it used less than 1 season and they are in good condition.

PACE Stem, is it RC-45? please let me know if you are familiar in the model number of Pace products (100mm) made in uk

Kestrel kevlar / carbon handlebar (580mm) made in us

I am asking for us$75 for both, ($15 ship ww, or cheaper depends on what kind of postal service you like )

p.s. there are minor cosmetic scratches in the middle of bar, it is on the surface of paint and doesn't touch the carbon. as you can see on the 4th picture.
