Pace steerer crown (free money in exchange)

Need a steerer crown for a set of Pace evo 36 forks( circa 98?) they are the graphite type finish ones. I have a set of forks but 2 bike shops have tried and failed to un- seaze the crown bolts and the crown is starting to look scratched and sad do thought best if I can pick one up here if poss.
I will exchange free money for a decent one do you really have nothing to lose!

Sorry can't help then, I have a few non-removeable leg forks for spares though, they are not gold either!
