These have just come back from Tim (justbackdated) who has given them a service, elastomers and new Pace decals. Not touched since. The MXCD decals have seen better days but they seem to float off in the wind!
The steerer tube is 1". It does have a slight groove which looks as though it has been caused by wear but Tim doesn't think it will cause any problems. Up to you though, replacement ones are easily found and not expensive.
It will also fit a 1 1/4 steerer but will need an adaptor to fit a 1 1/8 steerer. Tim can sort you with an adaptor and relevant steerer if you need either of these sizes.
It has the sought after rocker for cantis. They are ready to fit and ride.
