Pace RC35’s with “Stage 2 Ti kit”

I’ve a set to sell which I’m just cleaning up and not wanted on my build. Curious of what makes them “stage 2 Ti” compared to non Ti??

I believe it was a Ti bolt kit, may be wrong though.
