Hi, as described above, a tidy set of these forks. Only minor marks to decals, there is a mark in the steerer from prior headset/race. Star nut fitted.

How deep is the headset mark on the steerer?
Did you have them from new?

Hello, I picked these up secondhand - I can’t remember from whom though,
The marks aren’t deep at all, iirc, just the faintest of ‘feel’ with a fingernail running over. I’ll try to get you a close up picture this evening.

Sooo tempting for the rocky... But I want suspension

Tried to take some photos of the steerer marks using a straight edge. Not sure how successful these are. But… essentially I can hardly feel anything running a finger across the areas (you can feel there is something there, but it’s not a cut or gouge), there is no gap visible under the steel rule. I certainly couldn’t describe these as ‘scored’.
I hope this is a clear as I can be on condition!

As lovely as they are I'm going to try and keep my sensible head on and stick with my Suspension and F7 options.
Would look amazing on any 100mm bike!
