Pace RC-35 Brake Rocker - advice please :)

Picked up a pair of RC-35 recently - and the rocker is solid, no movement. Also doesn't have a spring.



How do I go about loosening this - or removing it - should I manage to find a replacement?

So seized that it doesn't have a retaining (10mm) circlip either, as should slide forward otherwise.
Quite a common issue as I had one too, and it was brute force (hammer) needed to free it up.
At least you can remove the brace, so perhaps try some rust-eze type substance, lay it face down and let it soak for a while.

Or perhaps another brace that has one that works
