Pace RC-35 AB vs XCS: how to tell?

Hi,

How do you tell the difference between a '93 Pace RC-35 AB and a '94 RC-35 XCS? The wiki (https://www.retrobike.co.uk/wiki/Pace) only states: Similar to the AB fork but featuring a simpler brace. How simpler? There's no picture of such XCS fork on Goatsurfer (only Scapin version, so don't know how it differs) nor RetroForks. And many picture resources out there on RB posts have disappeared with time.

Thanks!

The 1994 XCS has the machined aluminium brace with XCS machined into it, and grease ports, as opposed to the tubular steel brace and no grease ports on the 1993 forks.

Thanks @Mace4130. As outlined by @kingoffootball, these are indeed the K and AB. I'm presently servicing an AB and comparing with the pictures stolen from this XCS, the differences are now obvious to me.

First, the brace of the AB is machined and milled (front and back), whereas the XCS one is simply machined.

Second the AB brace is engraved RC35, whereas the XCS one is... well... XCS :D

Last, the brace cast is different between the AB and XCS, where it joins the legs.

No idea if these are the only differences and if the stickers are the same.
