Cant go far wrong with black and silver. Did you source another spider or have it re-anodized?

It's the same spider , I was going to send a bunch of bits bits to acorn but they were to busy last year when I enquired.which was probably a good thing as I wanted, fork crown /spider /rockers /rings / mech cage all done , which would probably of been to much .
So I just had it sprayed for now (compromise)

Today I fitted the pedals, cassette/chain and the mech cables then set up the gears.
Only brakes cables left to do.
Just ordered the straddle/rocker cables so when they arrive it will be finished .

Rocker cables arrived today so I'll pop those on tomorrow. take a few pics then hopefully take it for a spin .

It had been stood in a shed for 10 years apparently before I got it and was looking a bit sad in the ebay pics .
I've tried to use some British bits in the build .
Xlite skewers etc and would love an xlite seat post in the future.

OK so cables fitted but I can't tick it off as finished yet as I'm 2 cable crimps short for the rear and it's a 20mile round trip to the lbs .

Eerrm back into the darkness for a bottle cage .
Then home to make room in the shed .
