Can you make my 1+1/8th pace rc36 forks fit my 1in frame? Looking for threadless steerer with either a fork crown shim or plenty of machining I guess. Do - able?

Yes no problem, machined so no need for a crown race shim.....

I'm after a 1" steerer for a Pace RC 36 (1 1/8" crown).
Total length 235mm.
Does the extra width at the bottom of the steerer sit flush with the top of the crown ?

Yes it does it you send me your Crown I can make sure it's all fitting correctly......
