and mine, remember having to wait 6 months when they were launched to get one

It was that factory I visited circa 1996/7 as a school boy with a set of 1" RC35's and needing them changing to 1/18th".

It is one of the moments when I look back in my life, along with lego and my dads workshop that started me out in life on the path that landed me here today earning a living as an engineer.

Sorry to see it go!

Never went there, but did visit Adrian (& Steve) at the old workshops at Leeming (near Haworth/Denholme, not Leeming bar up the A1) a few times, & also when they were in Wilsden (south of Bingley/west of Bradford)
