Well, I think I have bought quite an early Bigfoot. I was pretty pleased with it when I got it, but as I looked at it I realised there was room for improvement. Oddly the entire bike has been powdercoated silver. The drop outs which looked quite red at first inspection looked a kind of anaemic pink and one of the rivnuts that held the crudcatcher on was turning in the frame.
So, off to Reality Motors in Bristol for a bit of nostalgia love!
All I can show you at the moment is a few snaps of the frame as I got it and one from the polishers showing me the newly revealed serial number on the headtube. You can see that the engraved rings in the headtube are far more pronounced. I think 4592 means a 92 production - early Bigfoot.
I will start a build thread, I would love some ideas on what to hang off this steed.
