Overbury's Pioneer frame and fork for sale.

Seat tube 36cm c to c, 42.5cm c to t
(actual) top tube 54.5com
130 rear oln

2 sets of bottle bosses, rear mudguard and rack eyes, no front mudguard eyes.
stamped with the number 1101 in the BB shell

Suntour XCD rear roller cam brake with fairly worn Aztec blocks included
plastic BB guide included.

I bought this from a member of this parish a few years ago. In non original purple paint. The stem and headset and b/b that came with it were . (see pic below from when I bought it. I hope the previous owner doesn't mind me using it.)

The fork threads were less than perfect and so my LBS re cut the fork threads for me.

I wanted to check all was OK so stripped it don by hand to check all joints were good, and they are. There is some filler filling a small dent on the underside of the top tube. this wasn't visible when in paint and I have no idea if this was like this from new or at the last respray.

I built it up and used it in base metal covered in ACF50 last summer. it road beautifully with moustache bars! I've just removed the Shimano cartridge BB and XT headset I used and they unscrewed cleanly. (They're not included in the sale)

Sadly , the fleet needs rationalising so it needs to go.

Ready for blasting and painting. There is a little bit of what I presume is the original lime green is visible on the fork crown

£195 ovno.

Collection available from near Thame, Oxfordshire (where I live) or near Marylebone, London (where I work) Potential for posting/courier by agreement but I've not checked on postage costs, which would be in addition to the asking price.
