hi!

because i really like the style of lugged frames and the comfort of wider tires i am looking for a decent fully lugged british made frameset (i.e. an overburys cross fell for instance).

size wise toptube lenght should be around 57cm.

Except from tt lenght following specs should be met:

• 1" HT (longish at best)
• mid to late 80s

best wishes from berlin

How wide tyres? I’ve got a Roberts Cumbria (26” tourer) with a 22” top tube and 20” seat tube. It will take about a 2” tyre. A767D1BF-59CF-44F6-BA78-48A8B05876E8.jpeg

Hello, not quite what you are looking for, as it’s probably mid-1990’s, but I have this Roberts frame & fork which may be available soon. It’s 26” wheel, lots of rack mounts, lugged 531 and is 61cm seat tube (c-t) and 59cm top tube (c-c) but comes up a little smaller perhaps (due to the angles, bottom bracket height etc). Saddle set here for me at 5’11”.
Just a thought, good luck searching. I’m not sure how practical shipping is from UK at the moment?

Wow, thats cool. Tire wide of the Cumbria sounds good. The Roberts Tourer looks good either, but might be a tad to long for my liking.

I have received smaller parcels from UK within a week a without any hassle, but except from higher shipping costs, I dont think there are many unusal problems any longer.

I'll send you both a pm later on. At the moment I am cooking lunch for the bunch :)
