Overbury's E Stay tubing identification help needed!

Yes just seeking a more solid opinion
I’m not sure you’re going to get a much more solid an opinion than that of THM, Lee & Jim?
 
Thing is it’s a custom built frame, unless you have it with original paint and decals or some historical photos showing the tubing decal then you will struggle to tell much difference from one steel pipe to another sadly.
Overburys, like other frame builders will also have used what they had at the time, was available to them or what was specced by the customer but the majority of tubing used by them was Columbus cromor which seemed to be their preferred choice with the exception of one or two frames with Reynolds 531, what we are saying is just because the dropouts say Reynolds doesn’t mean the tubing is..... Hell, it might be tange 😆

Wow look at that .....'DELTA' this is certainly the most conclusive bit of feedback so far. Reverse chain set too??? Thanks
