looks like a campag crank and a syncros BB.

I'm pretty sure its a Mavic B/B i had used to have one , i recognise the locking ring . Whats the bet that the cranks stuck on . could be nice though

Mavic BB could be a slight alarm bell - one of the reasons for using one was that it didn't rely on the BB threads in the frame, so it was a handy get-out if said threads had become kerknackerised for some reason.
