For Sale Orange Patriot 7+ 2007

I need to get rid of this Patriot 7+ from 2007, the one with 180mm front and rear.

• Medium frame
• Marzocchi 66 SL ATA
• Manitou Swinger shock with the piggyback SPV
• Sunn Singletrack rims on Hope Pro 2
• Hope V2 brakes 180mm rotors
• Shimano XT 2×9
• X-Fusion Hilo dropper
• Hope headset
• Schwalbe Hans Dampf 2.4 Addix soft tyres

I bought this new in 2007, and it has been ridden but not a lot. Never raced or anything, I just used it occasionally at trail centres or local riding. It is tatty, the paint is knackered and there is some bad cable rub but it’s been very well looked after otherwise - it's sound and would look great with a new paintjob. I'm an XC rider and I never break anything so it's not cracked and hasn't really been punished.

Everything’s been looked after, the bearings and bushings have been replaced; the fork has been well maintained and has had new bushings, the shock was serviced recently (relative to how many miles it’s ridden). It all works perfectly. In terms of ride, it is very quick in certain situations and it’s very manoeuvrable compared to a modern 29er – it’s faster downhill than the Nukeproof Reactor that replaced it, but it’s quite slow on the climbs.

Looking for £250 or thereabouts, and I'm in Cardiff.

Hi, Is this still for sale? I work in Cardiff so pick up is easy. Is the back end 135mm spacing as I've a 27.5" set I'd try on it.

It's a Maxle on the rear, not sure what spacing that makes it.
