Orange P7 seat post 30.0 swap for other post or front mech

Hi there I have a new Orange P7 seat post light marks at rim size is 30.0 I would like to swap it for a new or used post in 31.4 any make just need it to finish bike, would love a USE suspension post willing to take different size and give you a few pounds.

If you don't have a post I am also need a 34.9 top pull front mech prefer a Deore retro one, again a few pounds to you if required.
