Orange Ms Isle (Rebuilt September 2013)

They don't do an 18" one unfortunately... They do them in 14" & 16", mines a 16" version, the top tube is about 22" I believe, it's quite short but so is my Nukeproof mega so it feels similar to that.

I'm 6 foot 2 by the way, so it is small for me, as is the Nukeproof, but I've always ridden smaller frames so its comfortable to me.

If you want an 18" I believe the Air-O was the same frame and available in 18".....

Thanks for that - explains why I can't find one!! I am 6' with a long body so perhaps a 16 will be ok.

I should add that I used to ride 19" frames but have recently dropped to 17" so it may not seem too small as I had thought.

I'm the same as you mate, short in the leg for my height, but long bodied! I find the shorter smaller frames more comfortable. If I was doing 100's of miles I'd probably go for a 19, but work is like 3 miles away and it wouldn't be as fun!

Had a very short test ride on the street yesterday (still recovering from a broken collar bone) and I may need to put a new rear mech on it though as its not as crisp as it should be and it looks to be slightly bent. I might also put another cassette on it with a wider range of gears instead of the 11-25T tiagra one that's on it at the minute.

Few final touches done today, received my new SLX rear mech
and 11-34t cassette last weekend, and still couldn't get the gears perfectly crisp. Looking down the bike the mech was still bent. I assumed it must be the hanger (even though it looked straight) and ordered a new one.

When I took the old hanger off and laid it flat on the table it was clearly twisted quite bad. Not bent like usual, but actually twisted. New hanger fitted and gears are spot on.

Also replaced the QR skewers for some hope ones.

And the test ride went well! First time I've ridden in 7-8 weeks due to a broken collar bone! Was good fun, and the bike rode perfectly.

Looks good mate...your bikes are always super clean. My Rune is in a right state after Llandegla today...guess I'll be cleaning it tomorrow then.

How does the collar bone feel? Have you lost much bike fitness whilst you've been unable to ride?

Not really lost much fitness as I've been walking to and from work to make sure of that! (6 miles daily)

Just the strength in it I've lost really! Still managed to wheelie and manual but that's about it.
