Orange-ish

Not content with two ongoing projects I went for a third (Well, the other two are road bikes so...). A rather tired looking Clockwork now resides in the shed of bikely delights.
Pretty much everything bar the frameset, stem and bars is being binned as it’s f f f foobarred and somewhere [rummage, rummage) I have an all-black LX groupset to hang on it.
Who’s the font of all wisdom on these beauties then?
Can I get decals?
Can I date it with the frame number?
More questions to follow, no doubt.

Lots of Orange guys around, maybe @brocklanders023 can date yours as he did mine.

With those decals I'm going to guess 1993 with possibly a '92 or '93 frame number.
