Orange Frame Identity, help please 🙏

I’ve found what looks to be an orange clockwork 1993ish for sale, it’s been resprayed and anniversary stickers put on.
It has a canti mount on the wishbone & butted seat tube now the interesting bit is the drive side chainstay looks to have a recess/ crimped design which I’ve not seen before, can anyone help please?
Frame number is A2121730 if any help? Is it even an Orange?!
