No mate, not that I've ever see and that includes the first run Muddy fox style.

From memory Sinnerman's Formula had a different style brake but not U's.

I don't recall seeing one. Seen them on the B52 and Formula but not a Clockwork. As @brocklanders023 says, Carl's Formula has u-brake/rollercam mounts

I've seen a bike locally that looks just like a clockwork but has a u brake.

Same seat cluster, guides etc

Probably best to buy it so I'm sure.
