BTW help me decide what to do with it!

If you want to have the original Orange paintwork, why not try Argos in Bristol? I believe they have a limited colours of the 'two pack' finish in orange and white colours, it's stronger than the standard wet paint finish.

If you want do it cheaper then go for powder coated finish but they are usually done in one colour though and it's more durable than wet paint.

Argos:- http://www.argoscycles.com/

Powder coated (I havent use them but seem to do at good prices):- http://www.triple-s.co.uk/index.htm

Hope this helps, good luck.

Thanks for the help, going to try get a respray done elsewhere, I'll keep you all updated.

Cheers,

Phil

Orange respray

Do something different with it please? I never liked the Orange white fade, get it powder coated (way tougher and cheaper) in a nice single colour, The plain Orange of the currant range or the blue looks really good. This is mine and it looks and rides brilliantly. Matt Black with some very fine metalflake sparkle in it, the finish is tough as old boots, Cherry bomb got it done, just before I bought it.

That's a nice looker :) .
I am keeping an open mind on this...so I'm open to any suggestions.

Cheers,

Phil

I'm a big fan of my blue/silvery fade thing. Only seen a couple of them about. At the time I was lusting after a black one, but bought mine nearly new and decided to live with the colour and save some ££. Now I wouldn't swap it for the world.

Just go orange.

Think about it, how many orange retro Oranges have you ever seen?

It looks cool too, here's my E4 as an example.

I like orange Oranges, but I'm not sure if it'd work as well on thinner tubed steel frames.
