Orange Clockwork decal location

There seems to be 2 different ways of the "orange" and "clockwork" decals being mounted on the frame, ie which one on the top tube and which one on the down tube, can anyone shed any light??

Goes on the age mate. 1989 to 1991ish 'Clockwork' on the downtube, 'Orange' on the top tube. 1991ish to 1993 was the other way round with the 'Clockwork' decal being a different design.
