Orange Clockwork/C16R/P7 Steerer Diameters?

Does anyone know when Orange shifted from 1" steerers and headsets to 1-1/8"? 97? 98? Looking for a 21" frame that I can fit a 1-1/8" fork to, and I wanted to make sure I'm keeping an eye out for the correct model years. Thanks! P.S. If you have one, I'd be very interested.

I think my wife's 97 clockwork is 1 1/8
As is my sons 98 clockwork.
My 95 and now sold 96 p7 are 1"
