Orange C16 (maybe)

I've had a hankering for an orange C16 for a while, and unfortunately, I'm not sure I've got one...

This was labeled as such on the bay, but would I be right in thinking the rear brake hanger design suggests clockwork? I tried looking for the frame number under the bb but it's suspiciously bare, in fact there looks like file marks which doesn't bode well

It's had a rattle can finish (which I knew before buying) so I assume it wasn't this colour originally. I was planning on having it powder coated the green that C16's came in but I'm not sure now. I was then thinking of an stx rc build with a few blingy bits to set it off.

Any help with I'd would be much appreciated

Gave the black paint a going over with t cut and it came out OK. I'd already got some decals ready so stuck them on. Looks pretty good imo

I'm no expert, but that rear brake hanger does suggest perhaps a clockwork. I don't think it is a Prestige as mine has a "step" in the seat tube.
It could be a Clockwork frame that was badged up as a C16 when they transitioned from Clockwork to C16?

Nearly finished this now, stx chainset and rear derailleur, a lovely rolls saddle, nos zoom stem and kalloy bars, then a purple crud claw and xlite levers for added purpleness
