Absolutely awesome ride along the Oxford canal today. 25miles each way. Relentless potholes for the first (and last) 8 miles have taken their toll on both man and machine. Only one puncture, which nearly caused me to be out of my depth in canal water, but otherwise pretty eventless.

Full body and mind fatigue now, time for recovery..

Glad to see you've had a relaxing day and given the chance i'd have been doing the same instead of a mixed day of shopping walking the dog and later on scratching my head while looking at a cracked rubber rocker cover gasket seal .

Having done hundreds of miles on this now, including a morning at cwmcarn, it was time to replace the tired old 1x9sp set up

And bring in the new 1x10 set up what a MASSIVE improvement
