On One, 29er, XT, Elixr R, £280 or will split

I have a rule in my garage that if a bike sits unused for more than 3 months it has to be sold. This has been sat since the end of September so it's been on borrowed time for a while.

Priced at £300 posted complete or I'll split it out if it's not sold by mid week.

Avid Elizr 5 front brake
Avid Elixr R rear brake (needs bleeding)
Shimano XT hubs on Mavic 719 rims (Rear hub bearings need looking at)

Ragly soft compound lock on grips (fairly worn)
Cane Creek Cobolt Blue XC Headset

Bike was Built from New parts (apart from the cranks, and wheels) in November 2012 and has covered somewhere between 1500-2000 miles in all weathers so the parts are worn accordingly. Chain and cassette were new in the summer a couple of months before being lay'd up.

What sized rider would the frame suit? Been thinking about trying a 29er and this would be a nice intro.

Bump, I need cash really rather than a swap. I'm 5'11" with the saddle in that position, the very high bars are due to my gammy back.
